Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of cz420, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of cz420 Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Each user may hold only one active account on cz420. The creation of multiple accounts by a single user — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

  • You must provide a valid, active mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for account verification and for SMS-based password recovery.
  • Your password must be kept confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. cz420 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account if you failed to keep your credentials secure.
  • You must notify cz420 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised person.
  • cz420 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or winnings to any other person.

cz420 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account, suspend an existing account, or close an account for any reason, including failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested. cz420 is not obligated to provide a reason for any such decision.

Section 4

Identity Verification (KYC)

cz420 is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform and to complying with applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. As part of this commitment, cz420 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by cz420. KYC documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

  • A government-issued photo identity document such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
  • Proof of your registered address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cz420 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cz420 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings and may vary by payment method.
  • Funds deposited into your cz420 account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
  • cz420 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Typical processing times are between 5 and 15 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals, though this may vary depending on network conditions.
  • cz420 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or KYC verification. In such cases, cz420 will contact the account holder via the registered mobile number or email address.
  • Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before a withdrawal is requested may be subject to an administrative processing fee at cz420's discretion.

cz420 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. All such external fees are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

cz420 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

  • Bonuses are available only to players who have successfully completed account registration and any applicable verification steps. Bonuses are not available to players who have self-excluded.
  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
  • cz420 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and are being actively wagered at the time of the change.
  • Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the individual offer terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
  • Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per shared device, and per shared payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute abuse and will result in account termination.

cz420 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used fraudulently, in bad faith, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific bonus conditions.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time, engage in any of the following conduct while accessing or using cz420. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

  • Using any software, bot, script, spider, crawler, or automated tool to interact with cz420, gain an unfair advantage in any game, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to exploit bonus terms or manipulate game outcomes.

cz420 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be void and subject to forfeiture. cz420 may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cz420 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of cz420 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the cz420 platform without prior written consent from cz420. Suspension and Termination

cz420 may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or a court order or regulatory instruction requiring such action. Upon termination, cz420 will process any verified withdrawable balance in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to cz420.

Any eligible balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
